Job Description

The Stores Officer manages the hotel’s receiving, storage and distribution of food, beverages, operating supplies and equipment. Requirements typically include previous experience in hotel stores, warehousing, inventory control or procurement; good organisational and computer skills; attention to detail; and the ability to follow workplace health, safety and food-handling procedures. The successful candidate is expected to check deliveries against purchase orders, maintain accurate stock records, rotate stock, complete regular inventories, minimise waste and support hotel departments promptly. A reliable, physically capable team player with clear communication skills and flexibility to work varied shifts will be well suited to the role.
