Job Description

The Account Assistant supports the hotel finance team with accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, payment records, reconciliations, petty cash, month-end reporting and general administrative duties. Candidates typically need a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, good numerical and organisational skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems. Previous experience in hotel finance or a similar accounting role is advantageous. The successful candidate should be accurate, trustworthy, discreet and able to meet deadlines. Good communication skills in English, teamwork and the ability to work in a multicultural hospitality environment are expected.
