Job Description

The Fitness Trainer is responsible for delivering safe, engaging and personalized fitness sessions for hotel guests and members at Fairmont Southampton. Candidates should have a recognized fitness or personal-training qualification, practical experience in gym instruction, and current CPR and first-aid certification. Strong knowledge of exercise programming, health and safety procedures, and equipment operation is expected. The role requires excellent communication and customer-service skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to motivate people with different fitness levels. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is important. Experience in a luxury hotel, resort, spa or wellness environment would be advantageous.
