Job Description

The Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the resort spa, including treatments, guest service, retail, scheduling, financial performance, hygiene standards, and team development. Candidates should have previous spa or wellness management experience, strong knowledge of treatments and service standards, and confidence leading a diverse team. Relevant beauty, wellness, hospitality, or management qualifications are desirable. The role requires excellent communication, organization, commercial awareness, and a hands-on approach to guest care. Experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment, along with professional fluency in English and the ability to work flexible shifts, would be expected.
