Job Description

The Guest Service Agent welcomes guests, manages check-in and check-out, handles reservations and billing enquiries, provides local information, answers telephone calls, and resolves guest concerns professionally. Candidates should have previous hotel, resort, or customer-service experience, strong spoken English, good computer skills, and a polished, friendly manner. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, along with excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with hotel property-management systems is an advantage. The successful candidate is expected to maintain Fairmont service standards, protect guest confidentiality, work well with other departments, and create a warm, efficient arrival and departure experience.
