Job Description

The Director of Learning leads the hotel’s training and development strategy, ensuring colleagues receive effective onboarding, service training, leadership development, compliance education, and ongoing professional growth. Candidates should have several years of experience in hospitality learning and development, human resources, or organizational training, ideally within a luxury hotel or resort. Strong presentation, coaching, communication, and project-management skills are expected, together with knowledge of training needs analysis, performance development, and learning systems. The successful candidate should be approachable, organized, commercially aware, and able to work closely with department leaders and employees at all levels. Experience with luxury service standards and multicultural teams would be highly valuable.
