The Guest Service Supervisor supports the daily operation of the guest services and front office teams, ensuring visitors receive warm, efficient and personalized service. The candidate should be organized, professional and comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays. Responsibilities may include coaching colleagues, coordinating arrivals and departures, assisting with guest requests, resolving complaints, maintaining service standards and working closely with housekeeping, reservations and other departments. Knowledge of hotel systems, cash handling and local Bermuda information is beneficial.
