Job Description

The Golf Operations Manager oversees the daily operation of the resort’s golf facilities, ensuring excellent guest service, efficient tee-time management, smooth tournaments and activities, and high operational standards. Typical requirements include several years of golf or resort operations experience, strong knowledge of tee-sheet and golf-management systems, staff supervision skills, budgeting ability, and excellent communication. Experience with luxury hospitality, tournament coordination, retail operations, and golf instruction or PGA-related environments is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to be hands-on, commercially aware, organized, guest-focused, and comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of Bermuda, international resort operations, and health and safety procedures would also be beneficial.
