Job Description

The Host/Hostess welcomes guests, manages reservations and seating, answers telephone enquiries, coordinates table flow, and helps create a smooth dining experience. Candidates should have excellent communication and customer-service skills, a friendly and polished manner, good organizational ability, and confidence working in a busy restaurant or resort environment. Previous hospitality or host experience is preferred. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays, professional presentation, teamwork, and the ability to remain calm while handling guest requests or busy periods. Knowledge of reservation systems and familiarity with food and beverage service would be an advantage.
