Company Info

Elysium Noosa Resort is associated with Accor’s MGallery Collection, a portfolio of distinctive boutique and luxury hotels known for individual design, local character and personalised guest experiences. The resort is located in Noosa, Queensland, a popular coastal destination recognised for its beaches, national park, dining scene and relaxed lifestyle. Bar Capri is positioned as a stylish hospitality venue within the resort, with a focus on quality drinks, social dining and memorable service. As part of the Accor network, employees may benefit from established operational systems, professional development opportunities, international mobility and access to staff accommodation or discounts where offered. The role is suited to an experienced bar professional who enjoys opening or developing a premium venue and contributing to a new resort’s service culture.

Destination Guide

Australia offers hospitality opportunities across hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars and tourism destinations, particularly in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Noosa combines a relaxed beach lifestyle with strong tourism demand, outdoor activities, national parks and a busy seasonal hospitality market. Australian workplaces generally value punctuality, teamwork, clear communication and practical experience. Common visa pathways include the Working Holiday Maker visa for eligible nationalities, employer-sponsored skilled visas and student visas with work rights; conditions and eligibility should be checked with the Australian Department of Home Affairs. Applicants usually need a valid passport, appropriate work rights, tax file number, bank account and RSA certification for bar work. Relocation costs, rental availability and seasonal accommodation should be planned carefully, as coastal areas can be expensive and competitive. Public transport is available, though a car can be useful outside town.
