Overnight Guest Service Agent

Job Description

The Overnight Guest Service Agent supports hotel guests during the night, handles check-ins and check-outs, processes payments, answers questions, manages telephone requests, coordinates with security and housekeeping, and completes night-audit or other overnight reports. Candidates should have previous hotel, front-desk, or customer-service experience, strong spoken English, good computer and cash-handling skills, and a professional, welcoming manner. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to work independently on overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Familiarity with hotel reservation or property-management systems is an advantage. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Bermuda, or be suitable for employer-sponsored work authorization where available.
