The Food & Beverage Truck Driver – Heavy is responsible for safely transporting food, beverages, equipment, and supplies between hotel departments, storage areas, loading points, and service locations. Requirements typically include a valid heavy-vehicle or commercial driving licence, a clean driving record, practical driving experience, good knowledge of vehicle safety procedures, and the ability to complete delivery records.
