The Front Office Manager leads the reception and guest services team, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, reservations coordination, billing accuracy and consistently high service standards. Applicants are generally expected to have previous supervisory or management experience in hotel front office operations, strong knowledge of property-management systems and excellent communication skills. The role requires leadership, problem-solving ability, attention to detail and confidence handling guest concerns. Experience in a luxury or upscale hotel environment is highly desirable. The successful candidate should be organised, commercially aware, guest-focused and comfortable working varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Familiarity with Accor standards and Australian workplace requirements would be advantageous.
