Job Description

The Food & Beverage Houseperson supports restaurant, bar, banquet and room-service operations by setting up outlets, replenishing supplies, clearing and cleaning tables, transporting food and equipment, and assisting service staff during busy periods. Applicants should have good physical stamina, attention to detail, a reliable and flexible attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Previous hotel, restaurant or hospitality experience is useful but may not be essential. The role requires professional presentation, clear communication, teamwork and a strong focus on hygiene, food-safety procedures and guest satisfaction. Availability for rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays is generally expected.
