Job Description

The Housekeeping Coordinator supports the housekeeping department by organizing daily room assignments, coordinating staff schedules, monitoring room and public-area status, and communicating with Front Office and maintenance teams. Candidates are generally expected to have hospitality or housekeeping experience, good administrative and communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence using hotel systems or standard office software. Previous experience in a supervisory or coordinator position is advantageous. The successful candidate should be organized, service-minded, physically able to work in a busy resort environment, and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. English is typically required; Indonesian and other languages are beneficial. A professional appearance, reliable attitude, and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction are essential.
