Job Description

The Food & Beverage Attendant supports the smooth operation of the hotel’s restaurant, bar and service areas. Duties typically include welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, clearing and resetting tables, processing payments, maintaining cleanliness and following food safety standards. Previous hospitality or customer-service experience is helpful, although training may be provided. The successful candidate should be friendly, well presented, reliable and confident communicating with guests and colleagues. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is expected. Candidates should be comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment, have good attention to detail and hold the legal right to work in New Zealand.
