Company Info

Fairmont Southampton is a major luxury resort property in Bermuda, associated with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Accor, one of the world's leading hospitality groups. Fairmont properties are known for refined accommodation, full-service dining, event facilities, wellness experiences and attentive, personalized service. The Southampton resort has historically welcomed leisure travelers, families, business groups and wedding parties, with extensive grounds and access to Bermuda's coastal attractions. Accor operates an international portfolio of hospitality brands and offers employees opportunities to work in diverse hotel environments, supported by structured standards, training and career development. Conditions, facilities and operating arrangements at Fairmont Southampton may vary during periods of renovation, reopening or ownership transition, so applicants should confirm the current employer, start date, accommodation arrangements and benefits directly during the recruitment process.

Destination Guide

Bermuda offers opportunities in hotels, restaurants, culinary services, tourism, marine activities, finance and professional services. Its culture blends British, African, Caribbean and international influences, with a strong emphasis on hospitality, community and respect for local customs. The lifestyle is relaxed and outdoors-focused, featuring beaches, boating, diving, golf and a mild subtropical climate. Living costs are high, particularly for housing, groceries and transportation, and most residents use scooters, buses or ferries rather than private cars. Foreign workers generally need an employer-sponsored work permit, and the employer normally handles the application and confirms eligibility before arrival. Candidates should secure written details on salary, accommodation, medical insurance, flights, meals, contract length and permit costs. Relocation can be rewarding, but housing availability is limited, so accommodation support is especially important.
