Job Description

The Stewarding & Set-Up Supervisor oversees the stewarding team and supports the preparation, cleaning and organization of kitchens, banquet areas and event spaces. Responsibilities typically include scheduling staff, maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards, managing dishwashing and equipment, coordinating room set-ups, controlling supplies and supporting smooth banquet operations. Candidates should have previous experience in hotel, restaurant, banquet or stewarding operations, along with good knowledge of health, safety and sanitation procedures.
