Job Description

The Front Office All-Rounder welcomes guests, manages check-ins and check-outs, handles reservations and payments, answers enquiries, and supports smooth day-to-day hotel operations. The role may also involve concierge assistance, responding to guest requests, resolving concerns, and working across different front-office duties. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, a professional and friendly manner, good computer literacy, and the ability to remain organised during busy periods. Previous hotel or front-office experience is beneficial, although applicants with transferable hospitality or retail experience may be considered. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, evenings and public holidays, is expected. Reliability, teamwork, attention to detail and a genuine interest in creating positive guest experiences are essential.
