Job Description

The Painter is responsible for maintaining the visual condition of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and building surfaces. Duties typically include preparing walls and other surfaces, mixing and applying paint, matching colors, repairing cracks or damaged finishes, and completing touch-ups. Candidates should have previous painting or building-maintenance experience, practical knowledge of painting tools and materials, and a good eye for detail. The role requires physical stamina, safe use of ladders and equipment, reliability, and the ability to work neatly with minimal disruption to guests. Hotel or resort experience is advantageous. Good teamwork, flexibility, and basic communication skills are expected, along with compliance with workplace health and safety procedures.
