Job Description

The Camp Counsellor creates a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience for children attending the resort’s camp or kids’ activities. Typical requirements include previous childcare, recreation, education, hospitality or summer-camp experience, strong communication skills, patience and the ability to supervise children responsibly. First-aid or CPR certification is an advantage. The successful candidate should be energetic, creative, dependable and comfortable leading games, crafts, sports and other age-appropriate activities. They must follow safeguarding, health and safety procedures, communicate clearly with parents and colleagues, and maintain a professional appearance. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and variable shifts is expected, along with the ability to work outdoors and remain active throughout the day.
