Job Description

The Director, Catering & Outlet Sales leads revenue generation for the resort’s catering, banquet and food-and-beverage outlets. The role typically requires proven luxury-hospitality sales experience, strong knowledge of weddings, meetings and events, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and familiarity with budgeting, forecasting and CRM systems. The successful candidate is expected to develop local and international accounts, maintain relationships with corporate and group clients, prepare proposals, convert business, coordinate with operations, and achieve revenue targets. A proactive, polished and commercially focused approach is essential, along with flexibility, leadership ability and a strong understanding of Bermuda’s leisure and business markets.
