Job Description

The Camp Supervisor oversees the resort’s children’s camp activities, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for young guests. The role typically requires experience working with children, childcare, recreation, education, or hospitality, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Candidates should be energetic, patient, creative, responsible, and comfortable leading games, arts and crafts, sports, and supervised excursions. First-aid or CPR certification is advantageous, and background screening may be required. The successful candidate is expected to maintain high safety standards, communicate effectively with parents and colleagues, follow resort procedures, and deliver service consistent with Fairmont’s luxury guest experience.
