Job Description

The Food & Beverage Server is responsible for welcoming guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks, clearing and resetting tables, processing payments, and maintaining high service standards. Candidates should have previous hospitality or restaurant experience, strong communication skills, a professional and friendly manner, and good knowledge of food safety and service procedures. Attention to detail, teamwork, punctuality, and the ability to remain composed during busy periods are essential. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts is expected. Familiarity with a point-of-sale system and knowledge of wines or beverages would be advantageous. The role may also require standing for extended periods and handling guest requests efficiently.
