Job Description

The Housekeeping Trainer is responsible for preparing new and existing housekeeping colleagues to deliver consistent luxury cleaning and guest-service standards. Requirements typically include previous housekeeping or hotel experience, strong knowledge of room-cleaning procedures, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to coach employees from different backgrounds. The successful candidate is expected to conduct inductions and practical training, demonstrate safe and efficient work methods, support departmental audits, maintain accurate training records, and reinforce Fairmont and Accor standards.
