Job Description

The Front Office All-Rounder supports smooth guest arrivals, departures and stays at Sofitel Melbourne on Collins. Responsibilities may include check-in and check-out, reservations assistance, answering guest enquiries, handling payments, managing luggage, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and resolving service issues professionally. Candidates are expected to have hospitality or customer-service experience, strong communication skills, a polished presentation and a genuine interest in luxury guest service. Availability for rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, is generally required. Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera, attention to detail, confidence working under pressure and the legal right to work in Australia would be advantageous.
