Job Description

The Houseperson supports the Housekeeping team by maintaining guest floors, hallways, service areas, linen rooms, and public spaces. Duties may include transporting linens and supplies, removing rubbish, assisting room attendants, cleaning assigned areas, and responding to operational requests. Candidates should be physically fit, dependable, well presented, and comfortable standing, walking, lifting, pushing carts, and working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is helpful but may not be essential. The successful candidate is expected to work efficiently, follow safety and hygiene standards, protect guest privacy, communicate courteously, and contribute to Fairmont's high standards of cleanliness and service.
