Job Description

The Beverage Manager oversees all beverage operations, including bars, restaurants, lounges, banquets, purchasing, inventory, cost control and service standards. Candidates should have several years of experience managing beverage outlets in an upscale hotel, resort or restaurant, along with strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, licensing requirements and beverage-cost management. Formal hospitality training is an advantage. The role requires confident leadership, staff coaching, excellent organization and close cooperation with culinary, events and front-office teams. The successful candidate is expected to deliver polished guest experiences, maintain quality and profitability, support training, manage suppliers and uphold Fairmont’s service standards. Flexibility is essential, including availability for evenings, weekends and busy seasonal periods.
