Job Description

The Air-Condition & Refrigeration Supervisor oversees installation, operation, servicing, and repair of air-conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems throughout the resort. Candidates are generally expected to have technical qualifications in refrigeration, HVAC, or mechanical engineering, along with several years of relevant hotel, resort, or commercial experience. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of preventive maintenance, electrical and safety procedures, and the ability to supervise technicians and contractors. The successful candidate should be organized, service-minded, physically capable, and comfortable working in a tropical island environment. Good communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to guest comfort, energy efficiency, and safe working practices are essential.
