Finance Officer

Job Description

The Finance Officer supports the hotel’s day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, bank and ledger reconciliations, cash handling, payroll assistance, reporting and month-end procedures. Candidates are expected to have relevant accounting or finance experience, strong attention to detail, good numerical and organisational skills, and confidence using Microsoft Excel and accounting systems. Hospitality experience is advantageous, as is familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera. The role requires integrity, confidentiality, accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines while working cooperatively with department managers. Clear communication, a practical approach and the flexibility to support a busy hotel environment are also important.
