Assistant Laundry Manager

Job Description

The Assistant Laundry Manager supports the Laundry Manager in overseeing daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, pressing, folding, linen control, uniform care, equipment use and quality checks. Candidates typically need previous hotel laundry or housekeeping experience, good knowledge of laundry procedures, chemical handling, hygiene standards and workplace safety. Supervisory experience, strong organization and the ability to train and motivate staff are expected. The successful candidate should be comfortable working shifts, managing high-volume operations, controlling costs, reducing linen loss and coordinating efficiently with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other hotel departments.
