Job Description

The Steward supports the kitchen and food-and-beverage teams by washing dishes, utensils, cookware and equipment, maintaining clean and hygienic work areas, handling waste correctly, and following food-safety and workplace procedures. Candidates should be physically fit, reliable, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment. Previous stewarding, kitchen or hospitality experience is helpful but may not be essential. The role requires teamwork, flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, attention to cleanliness, and a willingness to follow instructions. Good communication, a professional attitude and compliance with hotel safety standards are expected.
