Job Description

The Head Therapist leads the spa treatment team, maintains excellent treatment standards, and ensures guests receive safe, personalized, and luxurious wellness experiences. Candidates are expected to hold recognized qualifications in massage, beauty therapy, or a related field, with substantial experience in a luxury hotel or resort spa. Strong knowledge of treatments, consultation procedures, hygiene standards, and retail products is important. The role requires leadership ability, staff coaching, excellent communication, professional presentation, and a genuinely warm guest-service approach. Flexibility, attention to detail, sales awareness, and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts are also expected.
