Security Officer

Job Description

The Security Officer is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, hotel property and facilities at Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah. Typical duties include monitoring CCTV and access points, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, enforcing hotel security procedures, preparing reports and supporting emergency responses. Candidates should have previous security experience, preferably in a hotel, resort or hospitality environment, along with good communication and observation skills. A valid UAE security licence or eligibility to obtain the required local certification may be expected. The successful candidate should be physically fit, professional, calm under pressure, guest-focused and willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Basic English is generally required; additional languages and knowledge of UAE safety procedures are advantageous.
