Job Description

The Seasonal Kitchen Steward supports the culinary team by washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, maintaining storage and work areas, removing waste, and following hygiene and sanitation standards. Candidates should be physically fit, dependable, organized, and comfortable standing for long periods and lifting kitchen supplies. Previous stewarding, kitchen, or hospitality experience is helpful but may not be essential. The role requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays during the busy season. A positive attitude, teamwork, attention to cleanliness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are expected.
