Job Description

The Outlet Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of a restaurant, bar, or other food and beverage outlet at Raffles Seychelles. Requirements typically include several years of supervisory or management experience in luxury hospitality, strong food and beverage knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional languages and experience with international guests are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to lead and coach the team, maintain premium service standards, manage outlet performance and costs, handle guest concerns professionally, and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company procedures.
