Job Description

The Cost Controller supports financial control at Raffles Seychelles by monitoring food, beverage and operational costs, checking invoices and purchases, maintaining inventory records, investigating variances, and preparing regular cost reports. Candidates are generally expected to have a diploma or degree in accounting, finance or hospitality management, together with relevant hotel cost-control or accounting experience. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with hotel systems, stocktaking, purchasing procedures and financial reporting are important. The role requires accuracy, integrity, attention to detail and the ability to work with kitchen, restaurant, purchasing and finance teams. The successful candidate should communicate clearly, meet reporting deadlines, protect confidential information and help management improve profitability while maintaining luxury-service standards.
