Job Description

The Seasonal Waiter is expected to provide polished, attentive service in the resort’s restaurant or bar, taking orders, serving food and beverages, processing payments, and responding promptly to guest requests. Candidates should have previous food-and-beverage experience, good product knowledge, strong communication skills, and a friendly, professional manner. The role requires teamwork, accuracy, personal presentation, and the ability to remain calm during busy service periods. Flexibility is essential, as shifts may include evenings, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours. Knowledge of hospitality standards and basic food-safety practices is beneficial. The successful candidate should be reliable, guest-focused, physically capable of standing for long periods, and legally eligible to work in Barbados.
