The Concierge supports guests by arranging transport, dining reservations, tours, entertainment, local experiences and special requests. Candidates should have previous experience in concierge, guest services, front office or luxury hospitality, strong knowledge of Auckland, excellent communication skills and a professional presentation. Fluency in English, confidence using hotel systems and the ability to remain calm under pressure are expected.
