Job Description

The Food & Beverage Attendant supports restaurant, bar, banquet and room-service operations by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, clearing tables and processing payments. Candidates are expected to have a friendly, professional manner, good communication skills and a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Previous hospitality or customer-service experience is helpful, although training may be available. The role requires reliability, teamwork, attention to detail and the ability to remain composed during busy periods. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, is normally required. Responsible service of alcohol knowledge and legal eligibility to work in New Zealand may also be expected.
