Job Description

The Food & Beverage Supervisor supports the smooth daily operation of restaurant, bar, banquet and room-service outlets at Mercure Melbourne Doncaster. Requirements typically include relevant hospitality experience, sound knowledge of food and beverage service, strong communication skills, staff coordination ability and a commitment to workplace health, safety and responsible service standards. The successful candidate is expected to lead by example, supervise service teams, maintain high guest-service standards, assist with training, manage bookings and restaurant operations, resolve guest concerns and support stock and cash controls.
