Company Info

Hotel St Moritz Queenstown – MGallery Collection is a luxury boutique hotel in Queenstown, New Zealand, operated under Accor’s MGallery brand. The property combines alpine character, refined interiors and personalised service, with views toward Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding Southern Alps. It offers stylish accommodation, dining, a bar, wellness facilities and event services for leisure and business travellers. MGallery hotels are designed around distinctive local stories and an individual sense of place, rather than a standardised luxury format. At Hotel St Moritz, guests are drawn by Queenstown’s scenery, adventure activities and premium hospitality. As part of Accor, employees may benefit from international hospitality standards, training opportunities and access to the group’s global network, while working in a relatively intimate, high-touch hotel environment.

Destination Guide

New Zealand offers hospitality, tourism, agriculture, healthcare, construction, technology and seasonal adventure-work opportunities, especially in Queenstown, Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and other visitor destinations. The culture is generally friendly, practical and informal, with strong respect for diversity, work-life balance, outdoor recreation and Māori heritage. Lifestyle highlights include hiking, skiing, lakes, beaches and a clean, spacious environment, although Queenstown accommodation and living costs can be high. Foreign workers normally need an appropriate visa, such as an Accredited Employer Work Visa, Working Holiday Visa or another eligible work pathway; requirements depend on nationality, age, occupation and employer accreditation. Candidates should check Immigration New Zealand for current rules. Relocation planning should cover housing, transport, healthcare eligibility, tax registration and proof of funds. Queenstown is scenic and active but smaller than major cities, so securing accommodation before arrival is advisable.
