Job Description

The IT Support Officer provides day-to-day technical assistance to hotel colleagues, supporting computers, networks, telephones, point-of-sale systems, user accounts and other operational technology. Requirements typically include relevant IT qualifications or equivalent experience, strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of Windows, networking and common business applications, and the ability to manage support requests professionally. Experience in hotels, hospitality systems or a service-desk environment is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to respond promptly, protect confidential information, document incidents accurately, maintain reliable systems and communicate clearly with users and vendors. Flexibility may be required to support hotel operations outside standard office hours.
