Job Description

The Commis Chef supports the kitchen team with food preparation, cooking, plating and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation. Requirements typically include commercial cookery training or relevant kitchen experience, a positive attitude, good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a busy hotel environment.
