Job Description

The Assistant Finance Manager supports the hotel’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll coordination, cash control and compliance with Accor and statutory requirements. Candidates are generally expected to hold a degree or diploma in accounting, finance or a related field, with relevant hotel or hospitality experience. Knowledge of Malaysian accounting practices, tax regulations and financial systems is advantageous. Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills are required, together with attention to detail, integrity and the ability to meet deadlines. Experience with hotel systems and accounting software, plus professional qualifications such as ACCA or MIA membership, may be preferred.
