Job Description

The Credit Manager is responsible for managing hotel credit operations, including guest and corporate accounts, payment follow-up, billing accuracy, credit approvals, aging reports, and collection procedures. Candidates should have experience in hotel finance, credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar accounting role, ideally within an international hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of accounting systems, Excel, reconciliation, and financial reporting is expected. The successful candidate will be organized, commercially aware, discreet, and confident communicating with guests, businesses, colleagues, and senior management. Attention to detail, sound judgment, ethical conduct, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. Familiarity with Bermuda regulations and previous experience with hospitality finance would be advantageous.
