The Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager supports the day-to-day operation of Novotel Sydney Olympic Park’s food and beverage outlets. Requirements typically include previous supervisory or management experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bar; strong knowledge of service standards; excellent communication skills; and the ability to manage rosters, stock, costs, guest concerns, and team performance. Candidates are expected to lead by example, maintain high standards of service, work closely with kitchen and hotel departments, and remain calm during busy periods. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays is important. A responsible service of alcohol certificate and Australian work rights may also be required.
