The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for supervising and entertaining children through safe, engaging indoor and outdoor activities, games, crafts and educational programs. The role requires previous experience in childcare, kids’ clubs, hospitality or recreation, along with strong communication skills and a friendly, patient personality. Russian-language ability is essential, while English communication is highly desirable. Candidates should be safety-conscious, energetic, creative and comfortable working with children from different cultural backgrounds. First-aid or childcare certification is an advantage. The successful candidate is expected to maintain a clean and secure kids’ club, follow resort standards, communicate professionally with parents and colleagues, and work flexible shifts during the six-month contract.
