Job Description

The Executive Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in leading all kitchen operations across the resort, including menu planning, food preparation, service quality, cost control, hygiene and team supervision. Candidates should have substantial experience in luxury hotels or resorts, strong knowledge of international cuisine, HACCP and food-safety standards, and proven ability to manage multicultural kitchen teams. The role requires creativity, organization, leadership, reliable cost management and the ability to perform calmly during busy services. Flexibility, hands-on involvement and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction are expected.
