Job Description

The Finance Manager is expected to oversee the hotel’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, payroll coordination, and internal controls. Candidates should have a degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field, with relevant hotel or hospitality finance experience. Professional accounting qualifications are advantageous. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax requirements, audit procedures, and financial systems. The successful candidate should be analytical, commercially aware, highly organised, discreet, and able to communicate effectively with department heads and senior management. Experience with hotel accounting software and the ability to meet reporting deadlines are highly desirable.
